Video Released Shows Footage Of Aleppo Hospital Airstrike
A new video has been released revealing last week’s hospital attack by a Syrian government missile in Aleppo in which about fifty people were killed including doctors and patients.
The hospital was supported by Doctors Without Borders and International Committee of the Red Cross. In the footage doctors and patients are seen walking in the corridors before the missile attacked and turned it into a deadly scene.
Secretary of State John Kerry called the attack a deliberate strike by the Syrian army to retake Aleppo from the rebels. He is currently in Geneva, Switzerland.
More than 200 civilians have been killed in Aleppo in past more than a week of intense fighting.
After the al-Quds hospital attack Kerry released a statement saying, “The United Nations today assessed the situation in Aleppo to be catastrophic, and the regime’s most recent offensive actions there – despite the cessation of hostilities – compound the violence and undermine the cessation of hostilities.”
Aleppo’s sole remaining pediatrician Dr Muhammad Maaz also died in the hospital strike on Wednesday.
The Associate Press writes Dr Maaz is seen in the released video waling in the corridor after leaving the ICU.http://www.dailynewsz.com/video-released-shows-footage-of-aleppo-hospital-airstrike/http://www.dailynewsz.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/05/Video-Released-Shows-Footage-Of-Aleppo-Hospital-Airstrike.jpghttp://www.dailynewsz.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/05/Video-Released-Shows-Footage-Of-Aleppo-Hospital-Airstrike-300x300.jpgworld newsalepo, iraq,ISIS,syria
